Outik

(Outi) historical province of the Greater Armenia, one of 15 ashkars or worlds. Outik consisted of 9 cantons: Aranrot, Tori, Rotpatsian, Aghove, Tochkatak, Gardeman, Shekashen, Outi Aranszak and Tavush.
